The Martins Ferry Public Library provides a rich collection of library materials for children and young people, including books for informational and recreational reading, reference material designed for school-age study, magazines for various age groups, audio books and media kits and electronic resources. All borrowers cards are free; children (up through age 17) are required to have a parent's signature when requesting a borrowers card.
