Is Your Child Ready to Read? We Have Good News!
What? Storytime will present new ideas from Ohio's Every Child Ready To Read @ Your Library Program. Books, songs, finger plays and crafts will be integrated into the programming. Why? All libraries in Ohio are now going to use this program to help get our children ready to read. We want children to love books. Who? Children who are 3, 4, and 5 years old can attend Storytime. We want parents to attend and learn how to be involved with their child's learning enjoyment. Where? Storytime is held at the Martins Ferry Public Library and all Branch Locations. Storytime is free and open to the public. When? Check with the Martins Ferry Public Library or your local Branch Library for scheduling information. How? You can register your child by contacting the Martins Ferry Public Library or your local Branch Library.
MARTINS FERRY STORYTIME SCHEDULE
All Ages Storytime - is designed for 2, 3, 4 & 5 year olds. The 1-hour class involves finger plays, songs, games and stories. During this time the kids will create a small craft, art project or play with play-doh.
